Condo Inspection
When I inspect a condo, I consider the unit’s interior and exterior as well as the community’s shared common areas. I’ll focus on several essential aspects, some of which are:
Components that make up the condo’s structure: such as the foundation, walls, roof, and floors, will be assessed by me. I’ll be on the lookout for any indications of harm, degeneration, or water intrusion that might point to future issues.
Electrical system: I’ll look at the wiring, outlets, and circuit breaker panel of the appliance’s electrical system. I’ll make sure the electrical system is safe and compliant with regulations.
Plumbing system: I’ll look over the water heater, faucets, and pipes in the unit’s plumbing system. Shared common areas: I will examine the neighborhood’s shared common areas, including the roofs, garages, elevators, and exterior halls. I’ll check. For any indications of harm, degradation, or potential safety risks for residents.
I will give you a written report detailing any issues or observations I have with the condo based on my inspection.
